1. How does a video tutorial work?

Basically you are taught to craft a project through our step-by-step, detailed videos paired with a written document for dimensions and instructions (whatever is applicable). By default, you will be given a link to watch the video online. You can also submit an email request to jasmine@applelulucrafts.com to download and keep an offline copy of the video file. 

2. Do I have to be present for the online class? Can I pause, continue or rewatch the tutorial?

You can watch the video as many times as you like, even pause and come back to it at your own time and pace. You do not need to be present on a fixed date or time as it is a tutorial, not a class. 

3. Will I really be able to craft the project on my own while being guided by the video?

Each video tutorial is recorded with the student's independent learning process in mind. They are shot on high definition quality, with zoom in and out shots, slow motion for important parts and fast editing for repetitive parts. We try to break down the crafting process as much as we can, providing detailed guidance, sharing techniques and tips on how to tackle each step. It is done as close as possible to our physical workshops. So far, we have had very good reviews of our tutorials and crafters have no issue making projects on their own. 

4. What if I still have issues or challenges with the project?

If it is just a few quick questions and clarifications, you can just email us at jasmine@applelulucrafts.com or WhatsApp us at +65 96310475. For more in-depth guidance, you can book an online Google Meet consultation or physical workshop with us. Hourly rates will apply. 

5. Where do I find the materials for the project?

Most of them can be purchased locally and even online. Get in touch with us and we're happy to share some of our favourite local craft shops. If the crafting notion is not available in Singapore, we will ship in more and make it available on our web store. 

6. What are the payment modes available?

You can make payment via credit cards, PayPal and even PayNow or PayLah. 

7. I'm having issues with the purchase, payment and/or the digital download. Can you help me?
