Learn to make Hello Kitty in our first crochet video tutorial, developed from a new design and pattern by Hainchan (www.hainchan.com) with permission from the designer herself. With more than 2 hours of step-by-step video guidance, we hope to guide beginner to intermediate crafters in making their first Hello Kitty amigurumi 編みぐるみ (Japanese for crochet stuffed toys). Collaborating with Tiny Rabbit Hole, we’re excited to also offer you tool and/or material kits to help you kickstart this crafting project. Enjoy hours of crafting fun and satisfaction in the comfort of your home!

- Intermediate (Beginners can follow our step-by-step guidance but will need more time and practice to complete and refine the project)

- 4-ply Crown Acrylic Yarns - 2 balls of White, 1 ball of Red, Blue and Yellow each
- Polyester Fibrefill Stuffing - 40g
- 6-ply Embroidery Threads - 1 x Black (For Eyes and/or Whiskers) & 1 x Yellow (For Nose)
- Black Oval Safety Eyes x 2 (Alternative to Embroidering the Eyes)

- 2.5mm Tulip Crochet Hook (You can use your own 2.25mm or 2.3mm hooks too)

- Scissors - Prepare a pair of small, sharp scissors to trim yarn and embroidery thread
- Needle Threader - Only if you need help threading your yarn or embroidery thread on the darning needle. The eye of the needle is quite big so usually you can thread by hand.
- Acrylic Paint (Pink, or White & Red to mix into Pink) - Only if you wish to create Hello Kitty’s blush
- Small Acrylic Paintbrush with Mixing Container - Only if you wish to paint Hello Kitty’s blush
